As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the buyer pays for the return of the item to our address.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable upon return. If you have utilized free shipping via PostNord, the original shipping fee will still be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back.

You should send the item securely packaged together with a copy of the invoice or state the invoice number, and write clearly that you wish to make use of the right of cancellation.

Condition of the item upon return: The package must under no circumstances be opened or used. The product must appear as new

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

If you regret the purchase, you should contact our customer service and inform them before returning the item.

ATTENTION regarding engraving: Products with engraving or other forms of personalization cannot be returned.


We would like to inform you that if you purchase two or more products with an extra discount and free shipping for orders over 499 DKK, and later choose to return one or more of the products, you will no longer be eligible for the extra discount and free shipping. These benefits will be adjusted according to your return shipment, and the refund will be calculated accordingly.

What do I do if I want to exchange or have ordered the wrong item?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product for a different model than the one you have, it's easy to get it exchanged for the right one.

You know what you want to exchange for

  1. Simply make a new order with the right item and we will make sure to ship the new order as quickly as we can.
  2. The wrong item is packed back into the package it came in. In the package, you must enclose a note with the order number or a copy of the receipt/order confirmation, as well as write that the item is sent back.

  4. We transfer the money for the item back to the payment card used to pay the order.

What do I do if I have received the wrong item?

Unfortunately, it can happen that we have accidentally sent you the wrong item.

If this is the case, we will make sure that you get the right item as quickly as possible, and return postage will of course be handled.

  • Contact our helpful customer service and we will solve the problem and send you the right item.

What do I do if I have received a defective item?

We do what we can to pack all orders as securely as possible, but unfortunately this is not always enough, so it can happen that the package or envelope gets a little too harsh treatment during shipping.

If your item is broken or otherwise broken upon receipt, simply send an email to us with one or two pictures of the damage to the item.

After this, you will be contacted by our customer service, which will arrange for a replacement of the item.

Any return postage and extra postage, we will of course be responsible for, so it will not cost you further.

Can I cancel part of the purchase?

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to send one or more items back, even if they are purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

The customer is responsible for the shipment.There is a 2-year warranty granted in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or workmanation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damages committed by incorrect operation of the product / service. You need to contact us immediately after discovering the error. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging.
