Ordering
On www.krakencopenhagen.com, you can order all items displayed on our website.
When you order via the Internet, you will receive an order confirmation via email (provided you have provided the correct email address). You can then track your order with Track & Trace.
Payment
At www.krakencopenhagen.com, you have the option to pay with the following payment cards:

When paying by credit card, you are protected against misuse. Our webshop uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in our payment system. This way, you are well protected and can shop safely online. The data you send in connection with a purchase paid with a credit card is encrypted (SSL), and only PBS can read it.
The amount for the goods is charged upon dispatch, and krakencopenhagen.com can never draw a larger amount than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
Krakencopenhagen.com does not charge any fees for purchases. All prices include VAT and taxes. The amount is only debited from your card when the item is dispatched.
Shipping / Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders every weekday.
Before 5:00 p.m. Orders for delivery on the same day are dispatched.
After 5:00 p.m. Orders for delivery the next day are dispatched.

Delivery Time - When will I receive my order?
You will receive an email as soon as we have dispatched your order. From this point, your order will typically be with you within 1-2 business days in Denmark, 2-3 business days in Sweden, 3-4 business days in Europe, and 4-10 business days in other countries.

If the order has not arrived after 2-3 business days - What should I do?
We ship all Danish shipments with day-to-day delivery, so your order will typically already be delivered the next business day from the time you receive the shipping email. However, occasionally an order may be delayed by one day during shipping.
If you have not received your order after 2-3 business days from receiving the shipping email, please contact us so we can ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.
Before contacting us, please double-check your order confirmation to see if your delivery address is correct. If there has been an input error, if the house number is missing, or if the name of the person who is to receive the package is not on the mailbox, your package will be returned to us.
This is a slow process and typically takes a week. In the event that we receive your order back, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.

Returns
You must return your order to us within 14 days.
If the right of withdrawal is used, the buyer pays for the return of the item to our address.
You should send the item securely packaged along with a copy of the invoice or provide the invoice number clearly, and write clearly that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

What should I do if I want to exchange or have ordered the wrong item?
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product for a different model than you have, it is easy to exchange it for the correct one.
If you know what item you want to exchange for:

Simply place a new order with the correct item, and we will send the new order as soon as possible.

The incorrect item is packed back into the package it came in. In the package, you must enclose a note with the order number or a copy of the receipt/order confirmation, and write that the item is being returned.

The package is sent to our address.
We will refund the money for the item to the payment card used to pay for the order.
What should I do if I have received the wrong item?
It can unfortunately happen that we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item. If this is the case, we will ensure that you receive the correct item as soon as possible, and we will of course cover the return postage.
Simply contact our helpful customer service, and we will rectify the error and send you the correct item.

You can double-check with your order confirmation, which you received via email, to see whether you have accidentally ordered the wrong model, or if it is us who have mistakenly sent you the wrong item.
What should I do if I have received a defective item?
We do our best to pack all orders as securely as possible, but unfortunately, it is not always enough, so it can happen that the package or envelope is treated a little too roughly during shipping.
If your item is broken or otherwise damaged upon receipt, simply send an email to us with one or two pictures of the damage to the item. After that, you will be contacted by our customer service, who will arrange for a replacement of the item.

Any return postage and additional postage, we will of course cover, so it will not cost you any extra.
Can I cancel part of the purchase?
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Note that you will not receive a refund of the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Condition of the item upon return
The package must under no circumstances be open or used.

The customer is responsible for the shipment. We offer a 2-year warranty in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship, but does not cover defects or damages caused by improper use of the product or service. We encourage you to report any issues immediately upon discovery. When returning the item, please ensure it is packaged securely.
